  • FOX+ Service

    FOX+ is the latest HD video streaming app that allows you to enjoy the latest TV series, Hollywood blockbusters, Asian movies, live sports and inspiring documentaries to suit your lifestyle. Content includes:
    • Latest US dramas available within 24 hours after their respective US premieres
    • Hollywood Movies
    • National Geographic
    • Asian Movies and Drama
    • Live Sports
  • Service Plan

    FOX+ is available for subscription through a monthly service plan.
    You can enjoy TV series, Hollywood and Asian movies, live sports and documentaries with the FOX+ Service plan. The fee will be billed to your credit card from the FOX+ Service subscription date.
  • Subscription

    You can easily register for the FOX+ Service through the following means:
    • FOX+ App
      The FOX+ Service is available on the FOX+ App. Check out the FOX+ App and you will be guided through the subscription process.
    • http://store.now.com website and http://www.foxplus.com
    • Call the Now TV hotline at 1833 888 or visit any of our stores to choose your service plan.
  • Payment

    Only credit card payment (VISA Card/Master Card) is accepted for subscription to the FOX+ Service. All transaction payments are handled by a secure payment gateway. For failed payment transactions, please check with the issuing bank of your credit card.
    You are required to authorize the billing of service fees by PCCW Media Limited to your credit card for the FOX+ Service subscription plan that you have subscribed to.
    Notwithstanding the above, if you are a Now TV subscriber, your subscription fees for the FOX+ Service will be charged through your Now TV bill.
  • Service Account

    The FOX+ Service is accessed through your Now ID account. You have to sign up for a Now ID account before subscribing to any FOX+ Service plan. Each subscription plan supports one service account only.
  • Service Use

    The FOX+ Service allows streaming of video content; the quality of which is 720p generally (with some programs offered in 1080p or 480p; but actual video quality will also depend on the Internet connection and user’s settings). A maximum of 5 programs can be downloaded. Downloaded content will remain in your device for 7 days if it is not played, and will be removed 48 hours after it starts to play. The same content can be downloaded not more than twice. Chinese subtitles are available for most content. The FOX+ Service can be transmitted through Chromecast (on Android) and Airplay (on iOS) for display on a TV screen. Transmission through an HDMI output port for display on a TV screen is not supported.
    Due to content licensing issues, FOX+ Service is for use within the territory of the Hong Kong SAR only.
  • My Account

    Each service account is for only 1 account holder and supports up to 5 unique profiles with individual likes and favourites.
    You can find out more about your service account via the ‘My Account’ section in the store.now.com website. You will be able to manage your account settings:
    • Account information: Including account password and contact information
    • Transaction Record: Viewing of transaction records in the past 3 months
    • Subscribed Services: Viewing of details of your subscribed services
  • Device Control

    Each service account is entitled to access the FOX+ Service on a maximum of 10 registered compatible devices and web browsers only. The 10 registered devices can be assigned to any of the profiles created. You can replace your registered devices after the maximum of 10 registered devices is reached by signing out of the FOX+ Service on a registered device or web browser and signing in on a new device. Please note that the FOX+ Service can be concurrently streamed on not more than 2 registered devices.
  • Service Termination

    You can terminate your subscription to the FOX+ Service as follows:
    • if you are a Now TV subscriber and use the same Now ID as that used to access the Now TV services, you have to give us not less than 30 days prior notice by calling the Now TV hotline at 1833 888; or
    • if you are not a Now TV subscriber or you do not use the same Now ID as that used to access the Now TV services, you can submit your request in the “My Account” section which is accessible through the Now Store website at store.now.com and follow these steps: “My Account” > “Login with Now ID” > “Subscribed Service” > “Details” > “Manage Service” > “Terminate Service”. Please submit your termination request at least 2 days before the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Technical Requirements

    The FOX+ Service is accessed via the FOX+ App and www.foxplus.com. The FOX+ Service can be transmitted through Chromecast (on Android) and Airplay (on iOS) for display on a TV screen; subject to the following technical requirements:
    • Operating System of Mobile Device and Web Browsers
      Android: Android Devices - Minimum operating system requirement
      Android: Version 4.4 or above
      iOS: Apple Devices – Minimum operating system requirement
      iOS: Version 9.0 or above

      Safari
      Firefox
    • Your operating system must be original and unmodified. Access to the FOX+ Service is not guaranteed on any modified operating systems.
    • Internet Connection
      Mobile data connection (3G/LTE) or any Wi-Fi connection
      Suggested Internet Connection Bandwidth: 1 mbps (or higher) *

      *Remarks:
      Video streaming quality is affected by the speed of your Internet connection. Insufficient bandwidth may cause disruptions in video streaming, pixilated video, audio that is not synchronized with video etc.
      • Turn off other unnecessary running applications to free up more system resources when using the FOX+ app.
      • Do not upload or download any files when playing video, in order to minimize impact on the quality of video playback.
      • If your mobile device is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, please check if the Wi-Fi signal is normal. Internet speed may also be affected if too many users are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point.
    • Video streaming may consume significant mobile amounts of data. You are responsible for keeping track of your mobile data charges.
