The Now Player Junior Service features two different packs - Junior Pack and STEM Learning Pack - enabling your kids to access live channels, on-demand programming and games anytime anywhere from a mobile platform.
Junior Pack includes the following:
Channels: Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Boomerang, Cbeebies, Baby TV and Nick Jr.
On-demand programming: Disney Channel@Play, Watch n Learn, Cartoon Network On Demand, Nickelodeon On Demand, and Boomerang On Demand.
STEM Learning Pack(App Version) includes the following:
Da Vinci Channel, Now Learn On-demand and Da Vinci Kids app.

Payment
Only payment by credit card (VISA/Master Card) will be accepted. All payments are handled by a secure payment gateway. If transaction failure occurs, please check with your credit card’s issuing bank.
The monthly subscription service plan requires you to authorize PCCW Media Limited to charge monthly fees for the Now Player Junior Service, against your credit card.
Now ID
You need a Now ID to access the Now Player Junior Service. If you do not have a Now ID, please register for one. You can only use each Now ID to subscribe to one service plan.
Service Use
The streaming quality of video content for the Now Player Junior Service is up to 720p (depending on the Internet connection) via the Now Player Junior App. HDMI output is not supported and content download is not available. You can switch between Cantonese and English audio (where available) during streaming.
The Now Player Junior Service is restricted for use within the Hong Kong Special Administration Region of the People’s Republic of China only.
My Account
You can make service account inquiries via the My Account section of the store.now.com website. You can also manage the following:
Account information: Including account password and contact information
Registered device: View details of the device you have registered for the Now Player Junior Service
Transaction records: Check transaction records for the past three months
Services subscribed to: Check details of services to which you have subscribed.
Service Termination
If you wish to terminate Now Player Junior Service plan subscribed to, please go to the ‘My Account’ section in the Now Store website at store.now.com and follow these steps: “My Account” > “Login with Now ID” > “Subscribed Service” > “Details” > “Manage Service” > “Terminate Service”.
For subscribers of the Now Player Junior Service Monthly Plan, please submit your termination request at least two (2) days before the start of the next billing cycle. Upon receipt of your termination request, your access to Now Player Junior Service will be terminated just before the next billing date.

The Now Player Junior Service is accessed via the Now Player Junior App, which is subject to the following technical requirements:

Your operating system must be original and unmodified. The quality of the Now Player Junior Service may be compromised when used with a modified operating system.

*Remarks:
Video streaming quality is affected by the speed of your Internet connection. Insufficient bandwidth may cause disruption in video streaming, pixilated video, unsynchronized audio and video, and other problems.
Switch off all unnecessary applications to free up more system resources.
Do not upload or download files when playing video, because this can have an adverse impact on the quality of video playback.
If your mobile device is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, please check that the Wi-Fi signal is normal. Internet speed may also be affected if too many users are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point.
Video streaming may consume significant amounts of mobile data. You are responsible for keeping track of mobile data charges. Please contact your mobile data service provider for more information.
